All Terracotta Republic objects are made and shipped from our studio in upstate New York.
Unless otherwise noted, items listed on the site are in stock and ready to ship. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
In rare cases where an item is made to order, this will be clearly stated on the product page along with an estimated production timeline.
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, and destination.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of handmade ceramic work, all sales are final.
We follow a what-you-see-is-what-you-get approach: the item photographed and described on the product page is the exact object you will receive.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
If you have questions about scale, finish, or use before purchasing, we encourage you to contact us in advance.

By accessing or purchasing from Terracotta Republic, you agree to the following terms.
Products
All items are handmade and may show slight variations in size, surface, and finish. These variations are inherent to the ceramic process and are not considered defects.
Product descriptions and photographs are provided to accurately represent each piece. Due to differences in lighting and screen settings, colors may appear slightly different in person.
Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, availability issues, or suspected fraud.
Limitation of Liability
Terracotta Republic is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has left our studio, except as outlined in the Shipping & Returns section above.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terracotta Republic shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
